I have been wanting one of these for a couple months and today it arrived. A Sea Devil Blue face bead blasted #35 arrived today.

I am used to Invicta only so I was only used to what Invicta had to offer, but the craftsmanship of this watch puts my Invicta's to shame. The stem used to set date and time was even well made as there was no play or sloppiness when turning as this is something I am not used to.

Since the watch is used I was however missing one bracelet screw for all the links. Would anyone here have an extra to sell or can I get one from Benarus?

Here are a few pics.

Thanks and I sent Steve a pm. Also does anyone have directions on how to use this watch? Does it even come with directions? This is my first dive watch with a helium valve and not to sure how it works.

Thanks

Brad

You shouldn't have to use it unless you dive in a Helium environment. Helium can get past seals in a watch & the valve can be opened to let it out when returning to sea level; otherwise it can blow the seals / crystal out,

 Just keep it screwed down.

Sweet Sea Devil!smile8.gifNow you are treating yourself right. wWith a Benarus uou won't ever find a mising screw, wobbly crown, missing hand or inverted logo like the other brand you mentioned...

Instructions for use:

Set watch

Place on wrist

ENJOY!!

Very nice. I like the size of the dial vs. the bezel.

Thanks for all the kind words. At first when I put it on it looked a little small on my wrist. I am a big guy and the other (invicta) I would wear were big 49-52 mm case size, but the more I had it on the better it looked on me. I have sold most of my invicta's and the difference between what I paid and what I sold them for is rediculous as I want a watch that can hold there value.

My next purchase is a Boschett Cave Dweller 2 and I hope it is as nice as the Benarus.

This is a really nice looking watch. Would you be able to take a couple of shots showing it on your wrist? And telling us your wrist size? This way we can have a bit of an idea how this fits and look on the wrist and the size can specify more how to look at it.

Any side shot would also be good, if on the wrist even better, I personally like low profile watches better and to have an idea on this one it would be great as it is a nice, clean looking watch. Glad you like it too, it is important that one likes it on the wrist more then on photos...

This is a very tall watch carlott. I have one in orange and the size is just perfect. It's a 46mm case IIRC and wears as such. It is also very tall like I said but looks fine on the wrist.

I have about a 7.25-7.5" wrist I'd say.

That's a great looking Sea Devil, those were the first Benarus models that really caught my eye, great watches. Congrats!
