The last watch I bought was the Breitling Airwolf, and it's got me really interested in ana-digi watches.  So much so I just got a TAG Heuer Aquaracer Chronotimer! (I also needed a yellow dial to spice up my watch boxsubtlelaugh.gif)

The TAG is not thermo-compensated like the Airwolf, but it's got the same great (IMHO) crown driven ana-digi design and Amazon had them for a great deal, so I'm really happy with it.  The quality of the watch is certainly first rate and on par with Breitlings and Omegas from what I can tell.

Here are a few quick pictures along with my Airwolf:

Congratulations!

I have a soft spot for ani-digi's too but I haven't yet tried the higher end stuff like you!

been staying in the cheap seats, most expensive ani-digi I have is the t-touch but I intend to be buried with it when I go!

I've had a Casio, or two over the years and tired of them; but those are lookers!

I was never really into Ani-digi though I have a casio Edifice. Gadget wise maybe a casio Edifice is on your cards for the future?
I love Red, Orange and Yellow colours and that is a fine looking watch you have there I love the overall look of it and it is an eye catcher. The more I look at it the more I like it. Congrats on your new investment!!

Looks ok to me, GX! The yellow dial does it really well. I'm not a big guy on digi at all but this looks ok, however. There's something about that arc from 10 to 2 that strikes me.

Enjoy in good health.ThumbsUp02.gif

I'm not sure if I'd go for an Edifice, but maybe a cheap Oceanus (sapphire crystals!) down the road if I needed some watch-crack to satisfy some cravings.  LOLsubtlelaugh.gif

After reviewing the pictures again I'm starting to notice some of the subtle details in the Tag, AR surface on the LCD's! That is a nice touch!

Yeah, tell me about it.  4 of the last 6 watches I bought have quartz in it (including a Spring Drive).  Pretty insane for a mechanical watch lover such as myself.  I guess I'm just a watch lover now.subtlelaugh.gif

What I do know is that the next one on my radar is not quartz!smile4.gif

Nice watches!

I just got my first ana/digi watch, very similar to your Airwolf!

Great watch!

Thanks for sharing, love the Tag as well.

I'll jump in here with my favorite.  It's an Accutron Telluride with the same eta movement as the Tag.

Shel-Welcome to 3T! Your Airwolf Raven looks awesome!ThumbsUp02.gif

Edgel-Your Accutron is definitely a cool piece. As I understand it it's an outstanding value too. I just might have to pick one up if I ever run into one at a good price.
