The Eterna Monterey GMT landed today and I would like to Thank fellow 3Tr Jackhlin/Jack for a great experience and Mint watch...I have been wanting and waiting to add a nice pedigree Eterna to my collection and Jack was awesome to deal with and one of the good guys imho! thankyou.gif

at 40mmx13mm the Monterey plays well....fits like a glove and looks larger due to the integrated bracelet finished in brushed satin with polished center links...the case and bezel share the same satin finish with a nice touch of black and red on the GMT bezel markers located on the 120 click bezel...the domed AR coated sapphire crystal is amazing as well as the lume.....A screw down crown aids in the 200m water resistance and the hands are firmly in place and set precise! hand6.gif

Inside the Monterey you will find a nicely decorated eta 2893 residing within the anti-magnetic case with full movement shroud...I am happy to have made friends with Jack and enjoy this watch which he kept in spotless condition since new...and once again TY Jack! ThumbsUp02.gif

Boy I was watching that and kept hesitating. I was wrong about seeing the GMT, O... it was a Monterey (non GMT) I saw which looks somewhat similar. Great looking piece with plenty of history. Way cool bro!Thumbsup3.gif

I guess that he wanted to check if it was a Seagull insidesubtlelaugh.gif JUST JOCKING...
I've noted that Oscar open his watches: Allways and specialy when he likes them much. I understand and share that: The movement is allways something nice to seewoohoo.gif

Big Congrats, Oscar! Eterna is among the Top 10 brands I respect a whole lot. Impeccable track record and certainly worth adding to any serious collection.ThumbsUp02.gif

I only removed the caseback Bill so others can see what they will get inside if they decide on purchasing one ....the eta 2893 GMT is a awesome movement as is the entire eta 289x series which is their top of the line and only come in 3 grades...top,chronometer and COSC... at a glance you can identify if you have one of the eta 289x movements by looking at the the center of the rotor for the 3 dimples...hand6.gif

TY everyone and good to se you posting Jack! thankyou.gif
