Wanted to know what you guys thought of my newly acquired tegimented bracelet for my Sinn U1.

Thanks in advance for any opinions verses the rubber strap that was on last weeks post.

A couple attempts thrown in for the outdoor closeups!

I can't recall the rubber strap, but this bracelet is sweet. Looks great to me. ThumbsUp02.gif

Nanoman...Love the U1 on the tegimented bracelet (an outstanding upgrade from the standard U1 bracelet)!!!Thumbsup3.gif

...I'm pretty sure that if you buy a U1 on bracelet from Sinn, it comes on a non-tegimented bracelet as I think that only the bezel of the U1 (not the case) is actually tegimented.  In your pics, the finishes on everything seem to match very well...do you notice any visual differences between the case, bezel, and tegimented bracelet in real life?

The U1 is one of those watches that looks so great on both the awesome Sinn rubber & the excellent Sinn bracelet, but I give a slight nod to the bracelet and prefer it just a bit more.

I see a U1 on bracelet in my future sometime soon!!!  Congrats and enjoy it on both!!!

As you probably know the bezel being tegimented and the bracelet tegimented kind of work together. I will say if you are really looking for a perfect match that it is not. I knew I wanted the tegimented bracelet and the UI really gives you no choice for the submarine metal case. For the $80 difference and the incredible V rating for scratch resistance would seem the only choce.

Truly the case not being the same as the bezel in the 1st place really already makes it no difference then siding which metal you want more of and I voted tegimented.

Hope that helps!

Thanks nanoman...yes that helps alot.ThumbsUp02.gif

I agree with you regarding tegimented versus non-tegimented...for the small price difference the tegimented wins all the way, and is a real no-brainer when you consider that you cannot readily "touch-up" the blasted finish without having the metal re-blasted.

Great choice!!!

I like it, Nanoman.ThumbsUp02.gif

I think going 100% tegimented for both head and bracelet is the way to go for that particular Sinn. I am not too much of a rubber strap guy and what you did matching both watch components is super. Enjoy it, amigo!thumbsup.gif

Thanks guys, Again

You always give your real take on it!

The rubber was incredible for comfort I've never had one that comfortable. I also had Ridinfool make me a black strap with red and white stitch which was very cool. I will jusy have to change them up sometimes.

Yes Mike the bracelet really takes this piece to the next level and being able to rotate it with a nice rubber strap just makes the whole package that much cooler. Right on!dancing.gif

Well I just learned that TEGIMENTED was a term that SINN only uses. I learn something new everyday here...I think the bracelet is cool, but in my eyes SINN timepieces r EXTREMELY awesome whether bracelet, strap or rubber. But I will admit that bracelet matches GREAT...Thumbsup3.gif& it definitely SET'S IT OFF

Tegimented is a term that Sinn uses to describe the hardened surface of its watches. The hardening process leaves the surface of the steel nearly as hard as sapphire, rendering the watch extremely scratch resistant

Thanks again everyone for the extremely supportive responses.
I guess I should be a much richer guy to buy a lot of Sinns. I dream of it!

That is such a great looking watch. I love it! I decided to get one myself (as soon as they get more in, about 4-6 weeks).
Congrats on your U1.
