No pics yet since I got home and it was dark, but a package was waiting for me. In celebration for being asked to be our Boy Scout Troop's new Scoutmaster, I figured a no nonsense quartz beater would be just the ticket, so I snagged a Swiss Army Renegade. <$100 for the 'affordable' guy that I am, 38mm plastic case to fit under my uniform shirt, nice clear dial and quartz accuracy to get me to the meetings on time should do the trick. Thanks Ken :) I've been thinking about grabbing a couple more, one for each of my boys. They'd be perfect for them! Plus I need to get something for my older son, he made Eagle Scout in December and does like watches (he's snagged a couple of mine and made them his own) |
