I finally have my hands on a beautiful timepiece.  This is my first timepiece for 2011.  I tried to capture the watch's beauty as best as I could.

Dang!  I knew someone was gonna say that.  It was really hot outside.  I was in a hurry and just pulled the buckle pin until it caught a hole.  I took the shot quickly, took the watch off and went inside.  The last thing on my mind was the strap being too snugoh my.gif.

I have always really liked the Glycine brand...great history in a brand that has always seemed to stay true to itself over many decades.

A realy beautiful watch, have not seen that model before.ThumbsUp02.gif

How do you get on with the 24 hour dial, I may find it a little confusing at a glance?

Thank you all for the kinds words!  thankyou.gif

I will write a mini review after wearing it for at least a week, so stay tuned.  I am actually getting used to the 24 hour dial.  This is the purist version and the hour hand only sweeps once around the dial per day....very cool IMO.

That's one heck of a chrono. A bit busy in the dial for my taste, but quite the acquisition. Enjoy your Purist!Thumbsup3.gif
