So yes I pulled the trigger on a relatively cheap GMT sub homage watch.. whatever you want to call it. I missed the delivery yesterday and picked it up this morning from the post office. You know you're a WIS when you sit in your car at the post office and set your watch before even making it home. mini me.gif

Some quick notes:

1. I can honestly say that it's nicely built. It doesn't feel inferior at all. The only thing I don't like is the clasp (feels weak).
2. "Ceramic" bezel insert is super nice.
3. Well what do you know! The bezel is dead center at 12 o'clock. Can't say that about a few $800+ watches I own. It's unidirectional and smooth to operate. 120 clicks
4. GMT hand is independently adjustable from the hour hand. The minute hand is slightly bent upwards toward the crystal but it's not a total eyesore.
5. Movement is hackable/handwindable.
6. Cyclops is a wee bit off center from the date wheel but it's nothing to cry about.
7. PVD is nicely applied. The case is polished on the side and brushed everywhere else. The bracelet is polished PVD in the center and brushed on the sides as well. The links are solid and held with actual link screws and not the push pin type.
8. Lume is okay. I'll have to see how long it lasts throughout the night.
9. Sapphire glass
10. Cheap. $84 was the selling price from a known homage vendor.

I started my accuracy test at 0900 hrs so I'll keep my eye on it throughout the week.
