Some may remember the Hamilton Pulsar watch back in the early 1970's using red LED for the first time.

James Bond was wearing one at the beginning of Live and Let Die  :)

A couple of years ago Hamilton released the Pulsomatic to celebrate the 40th? anniversary of the first Pulsar.

It's now a bigger watch, uses LCD and it's an automatic for charging up the battery (similar to a Seiko Kinetic more or less).

I like it rvs!!!! thumbsup.gif Congrats!!!

I agree with William's comment above...this has got to be the coolest back view I've ever seen from a digital timepiece...very cool that the LCD battery charges from the auto rotors movement. cool.gif

Interesting. I'm not really a digital guy, but that's kinda cool.

Nice! I've had one of those in my ebay watch list, either vintage or reissue for as long as I've been on ebay!

I've never been able to pull the trigger on one but I have a weak spot for those!

Wow, it's a neat piece!

Saw this on a watch magazine & I'm fascinated by it.

Most LCD watches operates by using pushers but a crown for this?

Does it mean the timesetting works like a normal analog watch, with the digital numerics skipping to the next digit & so on?

Like some of you have pointed out it's not the usual digital watch most people are used to ... so it stands out a bit and quite noticeable  :)

lunarin79 ... yes the crown is similar to an analog styled watch, just pull crown out and turn to set the time/date as needed.
