I have both the Orient the Invicta. Actually, I have the gray version of the Invicta, but I just ordered the blue version Friday.

The Orient is a gem. I love the bracelet, the style of the watch and mine has awesome lumn at night. In many ways I like it better than some of my Seiko watches. It is a great watch for the money. The downside for me is no manual wind. I do really like to wind up my watches.

The Invicta is a brute. It's heavy and thick. The bracelet is excellent. Solid end links too. I encourage you to get one while they are priced so low on Overstock. It is really well made. My grey one has a very smooth bezel and it is very easy to turn. The hands only have a bare minimum of lumn though. Ditto for the dial. It is a watch, that if you took the Invicta name off, you'd swear it cost twice as much. It is a steal at the price it is selling for right now.

The downside to the Invicta is the crown. It is too small for this watch. I can operate it, but I can't understand how they got everything right and then made the crown too damn small. The date window is tiny, but it works. It actually does magnify the date. For a few pennies more, Invicta could have also put a little larger window on the crystal. Otherwise this is a great Invicta. I like my grey one and can't wait to get the blue one like Tony's. :):):)
