It's been a few weeks since I've last wrote my last thread. Work is going well, I am currently shuffling between a pair of sister hotels within the parent company, until another Food and Beverage Director is found for the other one. It's 10:50 PM Pacific (1:50 AM Eastern) and I've just got home after working since 7 AM local time. I hope everyone at 3T is doing well,even though it's been a while since I've last heard from anyone. Job's great and looking forward to my performance bonus tomorrow. Simon |

I've ordered a Sinn 103 ST manual wind from a local watchmaker who appearantly has connections in Germany. However, I've bought an used Ollech and Wajs Yellow Dial Automatic Diver's Watch from him for $150 in stainless steel bracelet... sorry no pics because I don't own a digital camera. I've got my collection of 6 vintage watches from the 1930's to the 1950's that I've previously posted. With the first pay cheque (Drum Roll Please)...I've placed a deposit on a 2008 Rolex Oyster Prince Date in white dial with baton indices with Domed Bezel in stainless steel oyster bracelet,on my lunch break yesterday. You can get some good decent ones for under $200 and some basic ones for less than $100 now. |
