Scout Guard trail camera's inexpensive security for the just planted 40,000 oak, hickory, and maple trees on my prop. I like the set up. For a 5 megapixel camera that has day light and infrared capabilities it is not a bad package for the $260 asking price. Just an idea if anyone has property and would like the ability to track movements so that trespassers could be dealt with at a later date with minimal man power. The corners of the optional security box would need to be welded and painted to properly secure the camera.    If you do not weld the corners they can be pryed up and the camera taken.  They were not able to cut through the Masterlock cable though with the tools they had. If I really wanted to catch some people I would go into hard routine and keep key areas manned. Plus this is more fun.

The camera's have 3 levels of sensitivity, but they only register movement out to about 40 yds I believe. I set mine to take a 3 shot burst every time it detects motion, and it can do that every 4 seconds. The trigger time is about 1 second from detection to snapping a pic. They run off of 8 AA batteries. Will accept a 2 meg. SD memory card, which I have never used much of one card checking it about every 5 days. I am not an expert on any type of trail cameras, but these were highly received by hunters. Not a bad deal for around $200. I got the kit that came with 2 mem. cards, security enclosure, and Master python. You will have to supply the lag bolts and I put an additional master lock bolting the 2 halfs together. The theaves cut the lock off but it was atleast more work. It can be powered by an A/C plug in the back of you wanted to put it off the back of the house. http://www.beebusyoutdoors.com/sgscguirgaca.html Hope this helped. It will do video also.
