I hear ya Ken and agree. I've played with the OS2Warp, Linux and Mac and always came back to Windows. Fairly sold for 15 years now. :)

Just installed IE8 on the other computer and all went smooth as silk. Run it on a test drive with some sites and if all is good will install on this one in the morning so far I like the feel rather well. ;)

I've been running IE8 lately, enjoying it now that I'm used to it. I tried Chrome, but honestly didn't notice much difference. The main reason that I tried it was Facebook. It's the one site that runs slowly on my laptop, especially when I'm using the Mobwars application. I think it's more of a limitation of my laptop, as it's about 4 years old and the page runs quickly on our 1 year old desktop.

MAC...like a PC but owned by a cult of "cool" people!!!!subtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gif  Actually, I have nothing against Apple/Mac...they may be better technology; they may not be...what I do know is that 94% of the world uses PC so that is the environment I want to be in.  There IS a reason that almost all of the Fortune 500 companies use the PC platform as opposed to MAC...it's called "risk/reward".

I looked at Chrome and it was OK but went with IE8 on both computers now. Dose seem to be responding faster and noticeably better performance. ;)
