The name may not be familiar but to the
entertainment world,Larry Gelbart gave
us the following memorable programs and movies.

Larry Gelbart was sixteen years old when he wrote
for the Danny Thomas Radio Show back in the 1940's.

By the 1950's Gelbart was part of the writing team
for the Caesar's Hour. A comedy show hosted by Sid Caesar.

In 1972, Larry Gelbart wrote,created and produced for the sitcom
M*A*S*H. In which he won an Emmy for
Outstanding Comedy Series
.

Screenplay for Film:

1977 - Oh God
1982 - Tootsie
1985 -  Blame it on Rio
2000 -  Bedazzled

Writing Credits on Broadway:

1962 - A Funny Happened on the Way to the Forum
1966 - Co-writer for the Wrong Box
