This is a head of a regular monthly newsletter that a friend of mine sends out. He has a large auto/boat/motorcycle detailing accessories business online (http://www.properautocare.com/index.html). He had told me about this experience he had, but I thought I would just post a JPEG of the top of his newsletter here instead of trying to tell the story myself.
