Received Orsa Monstrum several days ago and may be the lucky guy to get the last ones.

Comparing other watches, its price, quality and size is shockingly good.

This one will always stay in my collection.

Congrats Watchbank for getting your hands on one of the last Monstrum out there and warm welcome to 3T hand6.gif

I was lucky enough to find a Blue version last week that is on it's way, hope I will enjoy it as much as you do!  :D

I have never seen one live yet but they seems to be very solid watches for the price.  I particularly like the high domed sapphire crystal and unique dial design...Now, I think that the ULTIMATE Orsa for me, would be the Sea Angler Silver Surfer, but that's an other story...

Anyway, enjoy your new MONSTRUM, it looks good! hand6.gif

Congrats, I had bought one and ended up selling it because of the crystal mostly but it looks great. I since got  one of the older Sea Angler, black dial/bezel date at6.. muhc more my speed..

Berg is making new Auto Sea Anglers with ETA 2824... silver or black bezel... date at 4... I am getting one:)

If I may ask Brice, what didn't you like about the crystal?

The Sea Angler you bought, is also very nice hand6.gif

And good news to read that a few more Sea Angler will be for sale soon...

the dome (significantly rounded) crystal sticks out wau out above the bezel, although very interesting looking and adding to the watch's unique personality, it was more than I expected. It makes it hard to read time at some angles and is also too easy to hit something with... I think the overall look was not exactly what I expected and aftr seeing an old ETA sea Angler, I knew right away it was more"me" and I went for it... Matter of taste mostly... Monstrum looks great and is a lot of watch for the $.

ThumbsUp02.gif Thank you guys for nice feedbacks.

Monstrum is the first watch for me with Miyota movement.

Abouth half of my watches are based on ETAs, and some high-ends have original movements.

I have collected about 30 watches including vintages and quartz.

All of them needs care, no matter what the move is.

Due to the size and thickness of Monstrum, I can't feel or barey hear its movement.

So, if the movement works fine, then it seems to be enough for Monstrum.

Even though, I've been having Monstrum such a short period of time, it's working good and keeps good time.

I bought the Creamsicle 1st, and then the sickness took hold. I now have all five. They do make a statement. Welcome and enjoy.
