Bought a new Weber propane grill a few weeks ago so in about 2 hours it's time to try her out. Usingers Chorrizo, Andoule and Johnsonville beer brats for dinner. The curry powder is a new twist that I'd like to try. Here's a tip for grilling sausages. Have a tin pan on the grill filled with beer, peppers and onions. Place any excess sausages in the "bath" until they're eaten. The taste is fantastic. |

If you ever get into NE Wisconsin you're very welcome in my home. A hint though: My springer spaniels are beggars and will try to fool you out of your food. If you're in the neighborhood you're always welcome. The Miller is cold and the grill is hot my friend.hand6.gif |

Broke out the grill and the consensus, if there really is such a thing when dealing with small children, was hamburgers. I cheated and made it turkey burgers. No one wanted even a slice of cheese except for my burger which got a healthy dose of bleu cheese. Burger, baked beans, potato salad and asiago pasta salad on a lovely spring evening in Packerland... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
