No quantities or directions here - just some cooking vicariously... Starting off with making some potato salad. Cubing up some boiled red potatoes... Chopping some celery and shredding some carrots...  Hard-boiling some eggs...  cutting them up and into the mix....  Mixing that up with some mayonaise...  Adding some honey mustard, relish and chopped red onions...   Stir it all up and cool it off in the fridge...  and the buns (note the Invicta on my daughters wrist...ahem)...  Getting some of the meat (burgers and brats) ready for the grill along with some bbq sauce...   Some fixins to top the meat with...   And on to the grill...   and onto the plate...  and into ze mouth...  Enjoy your bbq's and other foods with your families today as we remember our service men and women who have made and are making the ultimate sacrifice for our countries...hand6.gif |
