Thanks to the efforts of Oscar, I now am in possession of a BRAND SPANKING NEW 7,2 Megapixel, wide angle lens digicam! YAY!
Thank you again for making this possible!hand6.gifhand6.gifhand6.gif
To celebrate the day (and to have some spare time for testing out the new toy),
I made some mac'n'cheese:

I assume everyone of you knows how to make it, I'll post the recipe on request only.

Oscar, thanks again!yourock.gifyourock.gifyourock.gif

Thats one of my youngest daughter's (the pastry chef in training) favorite dishes.  She's always looking for different ways to prepare it; different cheese blends, baked as a casserole, or with a little something extra (like some coursely chopped proscuitto and chives - sounds odd but yummy).  If you know of any little twists she can try, please elucidate... and thanks!  :D

Sometimes I will add in some tuna after sautéing it in butter with diced onion and finely chopped mushroom. :)
