Oh boy... since i'm fending for myself til the family gets home on Tuesday nite, I think I will try that pasta dish tonite.   After sauteing the onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes (any spices?),  I presume thats some creme fraiche added?  Looks delish... hand6.gif

yeah, creme fraiche would have been the best choice. I used Mascarpone instead, which made the dish a bit too "fat" tasting. PRO TIP: Add some balsamico to the skillet prior to adding the noodles, then it'll work out really good!:)
