My six year old daughter and I enjoyed a quick meal of grilled Boudin this evening. This is the first time I have ever grilled it. I usually steam it. It was wonderful. I keep forgetting about this Jenn-Air grill in our kitchen. With the temps over 100F for a while it has just been too hot to grill out. For those that don't know what Boudin is, Wikipedia will tell you.

Didn't even fix anything with them. Just gorged ourselves on just the Boudin. It is pretty well a meal in itself. In fact, we didn't even make it to the table. We stood right by the grill and chowed down.
