I reached out to Steve for a replacement part. Not only was he quick to answer my emails, he shipped the items quickly and GRATIS. I have never experienced this level of support from any other watch manufacturer, and I own a few other watches including DOXA, Rolex, Breitling... Just for comparison sake... I ordered a similar part for another watch recently. The manufacturer lost my order (!) after taking it via phone, and charged me $20 for shipping an item that fit into a standard envelope. Steve, many many thanks. You've got one incredibly pleased customer, and I'm spreading the news. :)

A few pictures of my PVD/Orange Sea Devil... It is currently on the leather strap:    A picture from this weekend. It was Memorial Day in the US, so while in Norfolk, VA on a family trip we decided to take the kids to visit a famous Battleship, the USS Wisconsin. The kids learned a lot from veterans who volunteered on board, including about those who gave all to provide us with freedom and security. Glad it worked out for you. I love Norfolk, as well as Virginia Beach, one of our favorite 4th of July trips. Beach, friends, fireworks, military, great combination, love the aquarium as well. :dude:
