i saw the pics of the leather strap that comes with the watch and your rubber strap and i think your strap looks way better than the strap that it comes with. i hope i can snag a meg so that i can do the same thing nice job. |

Agreed! I just picked up a thicker strap which will be better suited to the watch. The buckle on the strap I just picked up has a polished buckle so I'll need to brush that...If there is any interest I'll post pics of the project. I would agree a heavy thick strap is not really needed for weight and balance, just think the heavier the strap the better it will look |

Yep: the Mega looks great on a rubber strap. I think I pulled a boner ordering a PVD Mega, cause the polished or brushed Mega is a phenom! I'll give the rubber mod a shot; if it looks halfway decent I'll post some pics. But actually, you don't have to any hacking if you leave those inner lug 'adapters' OFF. Just buy a 24MM rubber.
