I just wanted to give thanks to Steve and Ralf and huge props to Benarus as a company. As alot of you have read I was in a bike accident that kinda trashed me, my bike, and my Meg I. Bike is fixed, I am on the mend, and I just got my meg back from Benarus. My Meg looks brand new thank you so much Steve and Ralf!!!!.. I have never in my 46 yrs of life dealt with such great customer service as I have with Benarus. From communication and to the quality of the product no other company i have ever dealt with tops Ralf, Steve, and Benarus!!! Thanks for the outstanding service, care, and product. You are Number 1 in my book. Much appreciationand love. Greg |

I'm glad to hear you're on the mend, and I'm not surprised that Steve and Ralf are taking care of things. When I bought my Barracuda, I didn't get in on the pre-order, so I knew I wouldn't be getting the leather strap that all the pre-order folks got. About 3 weeks after I got the cuda, I checked the mail, and there was a package from Germany. I opened it up to find the leather strap for the cuda. I didn't even ask Ralf for it...he just sent it! |

Service from Benarus is FIRST CLASS. I love my PVD Moray 2 and Steve was gracious enough to send my Bronze Moray back to the factory for the correct dial. Service always above and beyond. Titanium hungary!  |

Steve was very responsive to me and CS is outstanding. I was not fortunate enough to have been a member and have an insight to the Moray 2 preorder. When I saw a post that there were about 20 Moray II going to be available, I immediately reached out to Steve to see if I could secure a watch. He was quick to respond via e-mail and I am now the proud owner of #27. Thanks Steve! |
