Hi, My name is Scott and I live in  Pa.  I am self-employed.  I just got into watch collecting back in Aug.  I have about 32.  Most have been bought at SAH.  They just make it too easy.  I like the Oceanauts and the Russians.  I have a few Akribos' and others too.  The new Xoskeltons caught my eye but not quite shure if I want one yet. I hope to learn more from you guys.    I am trying to get my wife involved as it makes it a little easier when a new watch arrives. I am sure you guys that are married know what I am talking about. Thanks

Welcome to 3T and please post up some pics of your collection.  You're a brave man in trying to convince your wife; I'm still trying but at least now she understands me and the constant obssesion with watches.

I am new to posting pics  so I will try.  Where would I post them to?  I got my wife a smaller mens Akribos skeleton automatic and she really likes it.  I have to find a strap that isnt as long to fit her wrist but will also fit the watch.  She is even learning some of the terms.  As they say.. baby steps.  Scott

You can post it here or you can post it in "Time Talk" and if you happen to get a new watch post it in "New Arrivals"  cool10.gif

I will take some pics and try to post.  I know what you mean about the short time I have been collecting, I went kinda overbaord.  SAH probably likes me though.  I am glad I found you guys.  No one that i know really is into watches that I know of.  Tonight I wore my black IP SeaPro 200M auto with a black carbon fiber dial to my meeting.   Yesterday my Shturmanski gold 50th ann. Sputnik came.  Its a pretty cool watch.  Scott

Ok here is my oceanauts aquamariner, aquador, seven seas, aviador, spada and my black IP seapro.  One thing I have just found out is that watches are difficult to photograph.  Any pointers?   Scott
