Hey everyone. Just found this forum while searching for my next watch. I've decided that I'm never buying a big brand name again. What I'm buying from now on is great customer service. A couple of brands on here keep coming up when customer service is mentioned so I'll be hanging out. Probably won't post too much but I'm busy doing my homework! Thanks!

Interesting point you make though. Sometimes, not all the time, there is an inverse relationship between how great a brand is and its customer service.........sometimes. So be careful
