Greetings all from Northern New Jersey! You can call me Dan. I'm married, have a 15 month old little boy, and am excited to be closing on my first house before the end of this year! In addition to watches I have a passion for all things Ducati, movies (Big Lebowski being my favorite), music (I love all music except country), and consider myself a connoisseur of beer and tea.

In terms of watch collecting, I'm pretty much a newbie. I've always loved watches but never invested the time in learning about them. I've been lurking @ 3T for awhile now and realized that I need to participate to learn more. I love the forums, especially the lean towards diving watch (I'm in love with the Baliha'i and the Irranteum's).

My current modest collection consists of a Tissot PRC200, MM homage, Vostok Komandirskie, Casio Edifice brown dial Chrono, Orient Sky, Stuhrling Cuvette and some cheap Chinese mechanicals I like to tinker with. Modestly priced fun watches. :)

Looking forward to learning more from all of you and seeing new and exciting watches seeking to part me from my money.

Welcome! You will see, maybe it's not the same for everybody but you might dispend more and more money as you enlarge your knowledge about watches and them mech...toon1.gif
You buy "cheap" watches and learn after time that there is so much better for just a bit buks more if you can choose the right thing, then just for a bit higher price, you have the upper rate and even better deals sometimes...Then the high range seems not so far and you allready dream about the top
