I am asking that all members please adhere to the pic size rule of 800x600.We have asked this many times before and I want to Thank all of you who so kindly regard this rule and have made the necessary changes in order so every member on 3T can enjoy your pics but unfortunately it seems not everyone is as willing nor as considerate of those around them. We/3T only have control at this time over single pics posted directly from your pc using the browse feature which automatically resizes pics to 800x600 but we have no control over pics downloaded from outside hosting sites like photobucket,imageshack etc.We will try to give a bit of leeway when it seems called for. Members can find simple tips on how to post pics and resize them from outside hosting sites in the Image Gallery and anyone needing more assistance can pm me or any mod to help them out. Every new member receives a copy of the forum rules upon joining in the Welcome pm sent from me and the staff and I urge new members to please read them as it will help you get acquainted with the forum. 3T runs out of pocket and no monies exchange hands for advertising nor brand forums and I would like to keep it that way because the last thing I want to do is turn 3T into another over commercialized watch forum,so every bit of space we can save on our server is one of the ways that keep my expenses down and on a server that is within my means,not only does the size of a pic help me and every member in that way but it also helps WIS who still use dial up and have smaller screens including those of us who use smart phones to view the forum when away from our pc's traveling or what have you...downloading huge pics takes forever and those of you who have experienced this know what I mean. So on behalf of 3T I would hope everyone understands the nature of the request and help make 3T an enjoyable experience for all WIS. Thank You and Happy New Year! Oscar....oagaspar 3T Staff |

Makes sense! I set up my photobucket to default uploads to the 3T 800X600 limit so I have no issues :) |
