Well...Vortex No. 43 has become a daily wearer - and I'm loving every minute of it...but...never being satisfied with just one watch...I'm thinking that I'd love to get another vortex...maybe a new vortex for 2010:

Anders...if you're listening...what about a new model: a white faced vortex with black numbers and black hands...the rest of the watch (including the bezel) would remain the same?

Maybe i'm crazy...shovelling too much snow...any thoughts?

I'm with you on this.   A Vortex with a white lume dial with black numbers and hands.  Last I asked (last month), he has no plans to do it.  :?  Glad the original Vortex is still available though!

Nicely done!  Excellent dial.

Negatively (!), that made the case look to be polished.  Now the trick is to make it look PVD!  Good luck with that maneuver.

That is very nice. Hmmmm. Maybe I should consider doing a white/lume dial as well.

Best Regards

The watch, as conceived by the photo, somehow reminds me of a Desert Store edition of the Vortex. If that were to be created by Anders and his design team, I'd surely get one. That would be a knockout in khaki zulu or distressed 4mm tan leather.happy guy.gif

I still like the concept of the "negatived" Vortex. There's nothing like it that I know.ThumbsUp02.gif

Something like this?  ...I think that you may be right!

Anders did an incredible job on the original Vortex - a truly gorgeous timepiece!  Imagine the possibilities!!!!!I'd def be in for a white/desert Vortex!

Yes, something like that BUT with a  distressed leather strap in 4mm or 5mm....maybe white stitching, and a brushed buckle having some artwork like a vortex carved on it. Good work wilcat_2000Thumbsup3.gif
