Greetings my best men on 3T.

We are in the mids of updating the Dievas Website and we will like to include as many owner's pictures as possible. Wrist shots, standalone shots, garden shots, etc.

Please post whatever you have in this thread.

We might not use all the pictures posted. But that does not mean your picture is not good. It basically means we might have enough of a particular model.

So please help us out.

Sincerely
Dievas Watch Company

Jack, try slapping on a nice gray Zulu or Nato on this one and you'll immediately feel the watch's presence on the wrist. wowzer.gif

Hi Anders~
thanks for all the help!!
I am very happy with my Vintage Cali Titanium and the strap you hooked up is awesome~
by the way, I guess my wrist is too thick for this strap because the end barely reaches the second holder....
regardless, I love the strap and I love the watch~
I posted the pictures on local website and my friends love it as well~

I had a IIIG before too and regret selling it to a good friend. I had the same lens with the small knob and even the original dull stainless steel precision-fit  lens cap. I still have the flash shoe-mounted scope for parallax compensation errorssubtlelaugh.gif. I guess I'm that old! I'll try to send you a pic of that fantastic accessory.

Keep posting your work!

thanks downhills13 :)

here's 2 more shots that didn't make the cut...
i thought the "Leica" name was taking away too much of the focus in the shot

10K_7639 by tropicalrips, on Flickr

and here the reflections...

10K_7612 by tropicalrips, on Flickr

i'm working on how to shoot both the Vintage 3646 & Kampfschwimmer model together in the same frame :)

trying out some lume shots

2 watches together

dievas_lume by tropicalrips, on Flickr

try out different exposure times
these are in-camera double exposures
1st shot to get some outlines and details, 2nd shot to get the lume

10K_7682 by tropicalrips, on Flickr

10K_7697 by tropicalrips, on Flickr

i think i like this last shot the best...although you don't see much of the lume due to the 1st exposure being too long

10K_7687 by tropicalrips, on Flickr

i place the watch in its box to get the "DIEVAS" logo into the shot

Downhills, I've seen the watch in person and the stitches are like fire engine red. Very notable color and even more so with the red tint on the drop edge of the strap as well as thye strap's insides.ThumbsUp02.gif

I bow to this combo. wowzer.gif This is simply amazing and I spent more than a minute oggling the entire set-up. Looks like a rally on bund. Unique, IMHO.

Oscar  and Anders should see this. bravo.gif

Thanks and Sorry for the late/delayed response….Just checked in. The pods surrounding the Vortex is from this desert bush that blooms once a year around this time.

The pods are kind of like the weed that you blow and the pods fly into the wind….Well, think about that cept blowing on a bush….LOL

The locals call it an Arizona Snow bush.

Great, thanks.

How do you like your Vortex? I am considering one... Any significant pros or cons?

It is a great watch all around, big bang for the buck IMHO. German made, Fricker case, Titanium, ETA2824 and a superbe dial which happens to be very clean and symetrical, a big plus for me. Great wrist presence. L2L is a little long for small wrist maybe but I can't think of any cons.

The Vortex or the Pro would be on my wrist if the L2L is below 52mm. Other than that, it is a sweet timepiece!

Great pic, I have the same strap on it's way for my Reaper.  Do you have any pics of the OEM leather strap that came with the Shadow?
