Hey guys

I picked up PVD Meg #30 a couple of weeks ago, off a member of this forum, and its been getting all the wrist time since!

Having only recently started considering Benarus watches, I have certainly caught the bug and I'm now on the lookout for a Sea Devil and wouldnt say no to a World Timer GMT too.

Here is my Meg, currently on a Modena F1 and OEM fliplock.

Cheers

Ed

Wow Ed!!!...The Megalodon is way hot in PVD!!!thumbsup.gif

I really like what you've done here with implementing the Modena rubber with the end-links from the bracelet...really looks great!

I'm assuming this required some patience and careful, custom cuts in the rubber to get it all to fit?....the end result is AWESOME (it looks so clean)!!!bravo.gif

It certainly did and I'm by no means a patient person!

Its worth noting that because of the size of the watch and the clasp you dont need much rubber at all. I have a 7.5 inch wrist and the rubber fits perfect trimmed to the smallest hole. Any smaller wrist would need to use the butterfly clasp and more of the rubber.

Thanks for all the kind words

Ed

Thanks for the detail Ed...this is a great alternative to the awesome Mega ss bracelet!

I have not gotten to try the Mega first hand yet (patiently awaiting the Mega 2), but expect that it is quite a beast on the wrist (and the ss bracelet will make it feel like even more of tank..but in a good way).  I expect that rubber combo takes alot of the wrist weight off and has the effect of making it a little easier to wear.  Nicely done!
