"Your child choked on it."....................out of the mouth of a spokesperson. Guess it is true. :(:( The customer is ALWAYS right! Unbelievable. Even if you are trying to come up with something to say, especially if you are trying to be funny, that's pushing the envelope a bit far. Volume off is the only way to watch, if at all! We need WSS on Charter cable! Please, please, please!!
