Hey guys,

I am on tour with my wife today.
She looks for clothes, I look for watches. So the usual madness. dog smile.gif

Here are the pictures of jewelers where I was. Many really nice watches, but I went back home without a watch.
Too many impressions to me to decide definitively.

But I come back...

...and now pics (sorry, only cellphone pics)

The Tudor Black Bay is really a nice watch. Love the overall look of this watch. I think I will catch one.

The Certina auto diver chrono is a stunner too. Like the screw down pusher and the dial very much.

Guys, I hope you had some fun while looking at my pictures.

Whats your thoughts and your favorite watch of this pics.

WooHoo Phil! Heck of a shopping trip with some really great brands represented. bravo.gif

I had a blast scrolling through your pics! happy guy.gif

Like you, I'm diggin' that Tudor Black Bay for sure...I've also been lovin' the newly introduced Blue Heritage Chrono that you show next to the Black Bay, and rounding out the Tudor lineup...the Pelagos has my eye too.

Others that caught my eye...from Panerai, the 243, 312, and 372! ...from Muhle Glashutte, I still dig the Rasmus which is no longer made, but those Marinus divers look really cool.

I agree with you on that Certina 2-register Chrono Diver Auto Phil...looks like a sweet one for sure! (prefer it by a large margin to the 3-register chrono quartz next to it).

I've got a soft spot for Hamilton...I still think they produce a ton of bang-for-the-buck models and have some great designs in the lineup...can't go wrong there.

...and I do like Breitling (but I probably prefer several of their older, no-longer-produced models to some of the new stuff)...I do have a soft spot for the Navitimer line (I know, I know...not a diver, but I totally dig the Navitimer line and would love to own one some time).

I actually kind of like the Maurice Lacroix Pontos S Diver and Diver Chrono models too...but for the kind of cash that they are listed at, I'm going Tudor all the way.

And then there's Tag Heuer...I'm not a real fan of the brand, but the Monaco always catches my eye. Just something about that one...

I guess I've rambled on and drooled enough!subtlelaugh.gif

Some really nice pieces there Phil!!! ...I'm surprised you made it home with NOTHING!!!crap.gif ...but better to think these things over, and you may have actually convinced your wife that you do have some self-control...nice strategy buddy...very nice! thumbsup.gif dog smile.gif

Norway in not in the EU Phil...And it's not about to happen.
Prices here are different: Sometimes higher, sometimes lower than in the EU. Who knows why...

Wow, some selection there! anodie.gif

Im love some of the IWC´s, but they are well out of my price range. Dreaming is at least free of charge.

We have a Certina AD here in my city. The Certina DS Action Diver Automatic costs 2102$, so its a big difference in price.

What i dont understand is why the version with the metal wristband is cheaper then the one with the rubber strap, 1891$..?

Anyway, thanks for the photos! Had a great time going through them. ThumbsUp02.gif

Lots of watches but I noticed their prices were high, very high.
My eyes were on some of the Crowns, though.

Hey Chris, I am with you, TUDOR has a great line up.

Especially the Black Bay and the Pelagos.
Love the Black Bay. Great look and finish.

The Certina Auto Chrono looks much better in reality as on pics. Like the big scre down pushers.

And I agree with you regarding Hamilton. Really nice unique watches.
My favorite the Hamilton Khaki Pilot Pioneer Auto Chrono with silver dial.

Tag Heuer is a interesting brand.
The Aquagraph is on my list for a long time.

And Chris, my wife was very surprised by me.

But I can not guarantee anything. dog smile.gif
