That's an elegant one, Graham. I like the chrono and the case profilehand6.gif. Wearing my new arrival, STEINHART, NavB, 47.5mm, auto, in stainless steel. But somehow the steel has been treated differently and it looks exactly like titanium. Will post this one with lots of pics on NEW ARRIVALS, too. Happy Weekend, 3T!!! ![]()

I like the Nav B-Uhr vintage, very unique but I wish Steinhart make the 42mm automatic too . This 47mm just a bit too big to my wrist. And I'm not a big fan of hand wind movement otherwise I'll get the LE version. Sang

I also like your O&W. Saw it in the Texas a few years back but had problems with the seller's terms You might want to think twide about handwinding watches. They serve a specific purpose and it's a joy to wind the watch daily. Graham, yes, the lume is amazing. Just as good, if not better than the Seiko Monster series. At night when I have to use the bathroom, in very dim light/total darkness, the lume looks scary because it seems to throb....maybe it's got a soul of its own. I think Seiko may have met its match on this lume.hand6.gif

48mm case Zeno Bubble-sapphire with 2846 eta auto. A hell to take pics of: The crystal catches everything around at 360 degrees... ![]() ![]() ![]() Seems like your Nav-B case is thin-blasted Jeff! Nice pilot!!

I don't know how they did the NavB coating. First time I saw at Anders' shop, I thought it was Ti until I held it in my hands and realized the weight wasn't light at all. It's stainless steel but I can just imagine it's like a "parkerized" coating, same as the ones used for original issue Colt 45s in the old days. Hats off to Steinhart for this creation. If you are familiar with the K-Cote of the Sig Sauer, maybe it's the same technology. I need to write them and find out. I'll post on New Arrivals very soon. Welcome back, too William!!!yourock.gif

It's the Zeno 8800. Certainly hard to find and out of production now... Didn't think that it was a coating on your NavB. Was convinced that is was thin-sand blast or glass beaded process;) Thanks amigo: It's good to be back home...
