Amazing considering that a few years back, I thought chrono dials were way too busy! :-) .....I guess I've "grown":

List (all Val 7750 unless noted):

Movado Kingmatic
Chase-Durer Combat Command (yellow dial)
Stovard-Jugenson
Hamilton Khaki Field
Hamilton Khaki Aviation (Val 7753)
Daniel Mink Diver
Victorinox Swiss Army 9G-600
Seiko SNA281 (yellow dial - quartz)
Poljot Shturmanskie (Navigator) Alpha (Poljot 3133)

Grown?  Looks like it - I think I saw a quartz in that group!:shock::shock:   Nice collection despite that though (love the штурманские)...hand6.gif

The Seiko was a gift from the wife..............'nuff said!!!!  I used it for flying....the Alarm function on the Seiko "Alarm" chronos can be used as a GMT!

Despite the D. Mink (very cool), I'm still in the "what the heck are chronos good for" camp. I have a few that I wear maybe once or twice a year. And, each time I wonder what would I need one for.

A lot of the chronos a poorly marked making them of little use (IMHO). If I truly need to time something, I use a stop-watch. :D

I use them at the track. very handy. I hate having a stop watch around the neck.

I can finish a session and head out to the pitwall and time the comp. without digging for a stop watch. Of course having your own pit-ho helps to:D

Chronos are a must for all Pinewood Derby "Pineheads" (even though the computer timer goes to thousands of a second and the race is over in 3 seconds or less, LOL) :D

Cheers,
Griff

Chronos always get used when I wear them... I just don't wear them that often.

this is a nice grouping of chronos...

Perhaps the "C" in KenC should stand for
CHRONO!!

Who says ya have to have a stop-watch around your neck? watch2.gif

The Accusplit® A925MXBL wrist stopwatch gives you all the function advantages of a stopwatch but with the convenience of a wristwatch. It has a countdown timer with 4 modes, including an Up-Timer, a Down-Timer, a Down-Up Timer, and an Up Stopwatch with Time-in-Time-Out.

It is a stopwatch you wear on your wrist.
