BTW, they don't use stiches anymore; its more of the metallic variety...What do think of this 1944 US Officer's Gruen?

...Thx. I've pre-ordered it between the time of my last post and posting this one. There are super customer service folks at Christopher Ward even being in the UK. I bought a C7, it arrived when expected, I toyed with it a bit and felt it wasn't the right watch for me. Not only did they refund the hefty return air-fare, they automatically put in line for the C40 Speedhawk Automatic Chrono. I highly recommend Christopher Ward watches - you have absolutely nothing to lose. Aside from my personal lifestyle (changed a little for now), the only reason why I sent the watch back was Style & Asthetics, NOT function or Quality.
