Most Coaches like the 5 week rest for their Players to heal...regroup...study films and prepare for their Biggest Games...it also evens the Playing field hand6.gif

That's what JoePa's been saying for about 100 yrs.....Heck they get about 5 weeks off after their last game therefore they could have a playoff during the 5 weeks. I don't like the long layoff as that makes teams rusty.......
