 the 1st surgry went were you said. this time they had to go above the old incision, pulled out the old plate from 4,5,6, then  a new plate 1 level up at c-3 with a bone graft.so lm fused at 4 levels.im not happy with the incision though.it causes alot of pain, and can barely swallow meds.
