Evidently, a water pipe in the garage froze, burst at the 90 elbow, thawed while I was at lunch, and a waterfall over my garage door greeted me when I got home........minimum 2000 sq ft sheet rock damage.................the entire ceiling and underlying insulation of the 950 sq ft garage needs to come down as does the common 2 story back wall for water mitigation.................and I thought my "Ed Norton" days were over.........:D:D:D:D
Bottom line, what kind of watch should I wear tomorrow?
Your handyman watch...sounds like your going to me busy....
