 I have had similar experiance with Seiko.  Everytime I call they amaze me.  the last time I called asking for the price of sleeve/pins for my Monster.  They sent me 3 new links pns and all in the mail without hesitation.

There are a few out there, and you don't even need to pay for a Doxa to get it.

I am glad to hear that Doxa has that kind of service, because I will eventually be getting  a 600.
