The 26mm arrived today. I don't think Ted sells many 26mms so the straps are still done with white thread, not black. I did my usual modifcation and fitted it to the CSAR.

Now people should be aware that this strap is much longer than the 24mm. The 26mm version is 90/160 in length. On my 7.5" wrist that means the long section wraps all the way around and the second keeper is right up by the lug. The result is it gives it more of a "NATO" look when you look down at the dial. The extra 2mm just provides extra comfort and aesthetically it's the perfect width for the CSAR's 22mm lugs, the extra 4mms really working well and just about covering the shoulders.

I'm very pleased with the strap. I hadn't realised the strap was as long as it is so the look is different to what I expected but it works. For diving there's certainly plenty strap to get over a thick wetsuit, too.

All in all and big thumbs up!

PS. Don't try this on a GSAR/TSAR/SAR, though....it will swamp it..:P
