 Tony that is ridiculous, what kind of non-response is that! I agree their CS is bulls**t. I don't really think they have a grip on reality in their CS department.

I have the black dial Oceanaire on the bracelet, bought it that way. I called Zodiac to order the rubber dive strap for it. The guy on the phone told me it was $48.00 + shipping, I asked him to double check his price. He said "oh yeah, that is the price". I said I'll think about it. I called back a couple days later and talked to a woman there inquiring about the strap again and she says it's $24.00 shipped. face4.gif I purchased it on the spot!

Try calling Zodiac directly, If I remember correctly their US office is in Texas.
