Friday is the practice session so tension not so high up there yet...team n drivers semms more relaxed n friendly and willing to talk to the crowd. Our very own mark webber set the fastest time today but i reckon that will fall once the better teams like ferrari n mclaren, sauber get serious in qualifyin tomorrow. Then there the whole issue of f1 boss bernie elecstone putting  the pressure for the next race to be held under lights following singapores lead to attract more tv money. i have no qualm for a night race but i pity the resident who have to be tomented by noise pollution. Thought I'd chip in...couldn't resist.  Don't pity Singapore's population for the night race, though.  Singaporeans will put up with anything so long as it's a (1) Government Decree (2) Brings In Tourist Dollars (3) Both of the Above.

On a separate note, I would like to vouch for Anders and the quality of his products too.  As a fellow Singaporean I am happy to see his success and gutsy derring-do in this often cutthroat industry.

It's such a pity that most Singaporeans do not view local products and brands with much favour unless held in acclaim by foreigners.

Anders and I had spoken about this before, and it is a curious local consumer phenomenon.  Therefore, not a reflection on this product in this sense.  The international enthusiasts seem to love it, as do I.  I have purchased quite a few watches from him in the past, including a Kampfschwimmer, and cannot wait for the new models to be out.
