 CUZ !  I have a couple of those waterproof leathers and they work to a degree ...If you swim they will be okay but never look the same ....They also offer the same strap as the leather ones only in rubber ...I own a blue stitch rubber in 22 & 20 mm that looks the same as those leather ones you show , if you want to try it ? .........
