Enzo my friend! Do you have any new watches in the works? I'm almost all saved up for my next watch, and last time that happened I found your watch and bought that instead of the one I was saving for. hearteyes.gif Thought I'd save myself the trouble of trying to find where to buy my next watch from and go directly to you ;) I haven't been around this forum too long so don't know if there has ever been any info on upcoming watches. Tried to search but didn't really find anything. If anyone else have any info then please do share! |

Well I'd seen that, but figured it wasn't that new. The case is the same and the smooth bezel has been around for some time hasn't it? The seconds with the lumedot is new though and I like it! Wish I had one for my EMV!!yourock.gif Say what you want, Enzo's are lume-monsters! The only thing that was missing was lume on the seconds which is now fixed! Now a Enzo GMT! Would be just my luck, as I'm just about to pull the trigger on a GMT-watch ;)  |

hey guys :) a quick bit of info to take you up to speed my friends :) i have been working on various projects that i had committed to, such as some music projects, a concept car dash clock, a leathergoods line, and new strap line, and yes a new watch, at long last , lol. so since i tend to get deeply involved in any project i do, i often will not start another til i have the proper time to devote to it, and as watches take alot of steps, it's a longer process, so i have been getting the other projects done first. so indeed, im starting to break some ground on the website being updated, should be later this week, as well, should show what is in the works....he he he :) as i am leaving in a few days time again, please email me at enzo@enzomechana.com as if you private message me, it may be a while before i can reply :) thanks! enzo |

So Enzo updated his page with alot of pictures! I had forgotten about that GMT-picture, remember seeing at his villagephotos-page. My mind probably supressed it in self defence. It just doesn't seem to fit in with the general Enzo designtheme. But it's still nice to see there is a new watch-model in the works! =) |

Awesome....yahoo.gifMan look at that. Okay where to start, Reputation "awesome" I know the quality will be supreme. All the questions how big dial,case and the bezel looks wide I like it, what mov-2824 yes?, how thick, lug to lug, how will the lugs sit, also lug bolt's?, and of course the hands. I don't think the 2824 has a GMT function. I've seen a modified 2836 (I think) where the day-of-the-week portion of the datewheel was modified to accomodate a GMT hand (Bernhardt Globemaster) but I think most GMTs with an ETA movement use the 2893-2 or some variant thereof. That's the movement in my DOXA 750T GMT. I've read a couple comparisons between the 2824-2 and 2893-2, and most agree that the 2893-2 is a better movement and is generally more accurate. The one on my DOXA winds buttery smooth (almost like its not actually winding anything), much smoother than any 2824-2 that I own. Last edited on Wed Feb 27th, 2008 03:01 am by Eric L. |

And they have used a modded 2892 also but I think as you Eric the 2893 is the better choice and most used to I think. |
