I got this STUPID response from Zodiac a little while ago. I inquired about buying a bracelet for my Oceanaire, here is there reply: Thanks for your email! Unfortunately we are unable to change the original design of our watches. If the watch was manufactured with a polyurethane band, we can not place a stainless steel one on it. Sorry we couldn't assist. Zodiac Is there really a difference in the cases of the Black and Yellow that come on a bracelet??? I see none  or am i mistaken? |

sounds like a customer service drone script email. I don't see case differences at least not that are obvious on my Seadragon. Don't see why Oceanaire would be different. |

Got the same response when I tried to get a bracelet for my Oceanaire. I even replied that they were the same case but they would not sell me a bracelet. I tried having a retailer order me one with no luck. I was totally unimpressed with Zodiacs CS. |

Tony that is ridiculous, what kind of non-response is that! I agree their CS is bulls**t. I don't really think they have a grip on reality in their CS department. I have the black dial Oceanaire on the bracelet, bought it that way. I called Zodiac to order the rubber dive strap for it. The guy on the phone told me it was $48.00 + shipping, I asked him to double check his price. He said "oh yeah, that is the price". I said I'll think about it. I called back a couple days later and talked to a woman there inquiring about the strap again and she says it's $24.00 shipped. face4.gif I purchased it on the spot! Try calling Zodiac directly, If I remember correctly their US office is in Texas. Good luck. ;) |
