Quick story...so I was talking to my 3 year old daughter at the breatkfast table this morning before leaving to the airport.  We were talking about what she is going to ask Santa for for xmas.  She told me that she really wants a Show White dress and Show White shoes.  So then she turned and asked me..."daddy, what are you going to ask Santa for, a new watch?"

Not sure to think if this was cute or sad that she has already caught on to my problem...the wife just rolled her eyes.

That's fantastic!! I'm going to start training my daughter right now!  She already has 2 watches waiting for her when she gets old enough (and she's just 2!)

Funny how we warp our children, isn't it?;) Mine say the same thing. My son had "Reindeer Alley" at his school where the child buys gifts (inexpensive) for family members. He told me they didn't have any watches but he got me something cool!

I'll bet when they get bigger they will want watches too, no?

My 14 year old looks over my shoulder and says gee what a surprise dad you're looking at watches, of course he also says hey that ones kinda cool. LOL

Kinda reminds me of the old anti-drug ad. The father is holdiing a baggie and says where did you learn about this stuff? .  The kid bursts out from you!!

Just so you don't end up with a very confused/angry daughter on Christmas morning... I think she wants Santa to bring here "Snow", not "Show White".
