In coming....Sinn U1 I could not sell my Seiko SBDD001, so I had some one make me trade offer a Sinn U1 on rubber. I am not really sure about this but I know Sinn is awesome . I have heard great things about Sinn from the senior WIS hear at 3T and numerous WIS from all over, so we will see, I'm not jumping up down, like I would over the Moray or Megalodon, but you guess you can say, I'm just weirdo. I do know this Sinn holds it's value and it sells , so here it is a pic from the owner. Hey who knows maybe I will keep it.....    |

Thanks Tony. I hope I don't sound like I'm taking it lightly, or I just have $$$ to throw around, oh no. the SBDD001 about burn me in the shorts and after almost 2 months I just grew.....:X urked. I could not move it. I thought it was $$ in the back pocket. I guess I thought wrong. I got the Rasmus thinking I could flip the SBDD001 to pay for the Rasmus, so here I am with a Sinn. I thought I would put my story out there because I feel there are other wis that have ran into the same situation and I can relate with what they are going thru on a sale. Nice Teddy, I like that Model It is a tough time out there on the Forums, very tough. There are still some guys are there thinking that just because they paid a certain amount for something that they are going to get it back? Not the Case, One has to look at it as if your just Renting the watch for a while and your gonna take a hit on it. Cheers |

The Sinn pictured is GRAB and KEEP!!! UTTtrading (Ted) is right. That steel is special. For that watch (and 1 or 2 other models from Sinn....my jurassic memory escapes me now), Sinn uses metallurgy from submarines and its steel virtually scratch-proof. Nice, understated watch. |

Nice, understated watch. sadly on U1 the only part of the watch that is of the tegmented (hardened like a submarine hull) steel is the bezel...most of their spendier chrono's are 100% tegmented. supposedly it is like 1500 vickers (hardness scale). |
