OK here goes..........I'm going to try and size my first bracelet....I have some cheapo tools....When I use the push pin tool I push in the direction of the arrows....When I replace the friction pin I put in the opposite side and push in the direction of the arrows...(yes/no?) Also if I need 4 links removed I would take two from each side and if I need only three I would take two from the inside so watch would tend to lean toward me...(yes/no...maybe so??)...TIA

Sounds like you have the right idea going there. And after you do this 3 or 4 times you will be able to do it in your sleep. ;)

That would be push them in the opposite direction of the arrows. Thats what I do.

Regular pins don't matter. There the same diameter on both ends. If there friction pins, direction matters. Instead of looking at the arrows, look at the pin. If the pin looks like there is a small slot in it, push the pin out  from the opposite side. The split end holds the pin in place. For sizing to your wrist, thats all preference to the wearer. I like the watch to wear slightly to the right with the clasp centered on the bottom. the opposite for most who wear them on there left wrist. If you can't decide what pin it is, push from the arrow side.

That's funny Oscar....I gave my wife a Croton last yr for our aniv and when she took it to the jeweler to be sized and the lady said she couldn't take any of the links out because the pins wouldn't move and she told my wife that's the way they wear watches nowadays...because people are fatter...:D So then I looked at it and no sh## there were screw pins!!!!! So I sized it....

That's funny...but not really!!!:D:DThe Invicta uses pressure pins similar to a cotter pin...so push it out following the arrows and then to replace the pin just do it in reverse making sure the open end of the pin is facing in the same direction as the rest..hand6.gif O.A.
