Deal!   It was pretty simple... unscrew caseback,  release stem by pressing tiny button, and movement falls right out. Then with my fingernails, removed old hands..

I then put stem back in and adjusted the "time" til the date switched over...this was my cue to put on new hands at exactly 12 o'clock.     Only tool I used was caseback opener.

PS make sure hands are not rubbing together or rubbing against glass or dial.

Hardest part was getting seconds hand back on...  requires much eye-crossing and patiencemistake.gif
