 Today I've got on my resurrected 6900. I was going to just junk it...but was too sentimentally attached to it. It's been with me since I was in boot camp for the U.S. Army (more than 10 years ago now...). I had lost the alarm spring...the bezel is quite beaten up, I have gone thru 2 straps, so I put it on adapters and a Zulu. Then, the Zulu got a nasty cut in it on the tail, so I had to trim that off and seal it with a lighter. There are even some scratches on the crystal, with one very bad one running down the middle 'eye'. Even the 5th button has scratches and gouges in it...don't ask me how any of these even got there .
